Position Overview
SG Design Studios is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to support our production and fulfillment operations. This position is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment, assisting with production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are packaged accurately and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed materials, promotional products, branded merchandise, marketing materials, and custom design orders for packaging and shipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, proper finishing, and presentation before packaging.
- Assemble boxes, protective packaging, labels, and shipping materials.
- Package customer orders securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and order documentation accurately.
- Organize completed production orders for pickup or shipment.
- Assist with light production, assembly, finishing, and product preparation.
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials, shipping supplies, and production consumables.
- Support inventory organization and perform routine inventory counts.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
- Follow company quality control procedures and production guidelines.
- Collaborate with design, production, customer service, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in production, packaging, warehouse operations, printing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or shipping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
- Willingness to learn production equipment and company procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
