Sea Sprite Beach Club is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This overnight position is responsible for guest service, front desk operations, nightly reporting, and ensuring the hotel is secure and prepared for the next business day.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent hospitality to guests during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, questions, and requests during overnight hours.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations or basic booking questions.
Complete the nightly audit process, including balancing daily transactions, room charges, payments, taxes, and reports.
Review front desk paperwork and ensure all guest accounts are accurate.
Prepare reports and information for management and the morning front desk team.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Monitor the property during overnight hours and report any safety, maintenance, or security concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/lobby area.
Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding guest needs or property issues.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills.
Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, email, and office equipment.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to stay calm and helpful in guest-related situations.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
