Job Summary
SHIFT: 7PM-7AM 2X2X3 SCHEDULE 3rd shift
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic production environment while developing valuable skills in manufacturing processes.
Basic Operations:
Packaging, transporting pallets, installing rolls on the machine, unwinding the roll, cutting the roll, making entries of roll entering the warehouse, pouring raw materials into the machine hoppers, produce fluffs, filling and transporting agglomerate sacks, taking manufactured products to the product warehouse by reading their barcodes, arranging product packages in the warehouse, loading and unloading products and other equivalent tasks of a similar nature.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Physical stamina and dexterity required for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training opportunities
Work Environment:

Pay: $19.00 per hour
