We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students in their academic and social development, guiding as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Engage with children during activities to promote literacy, math skills, and overall learning.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, implementing behavior management strategies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students, including those with disabilities or special needs.
