Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Maintenance/Janitorial professional to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks across our commercial and residential spaces. Duties
- Maintain parking lot and grounds cleanliness
- Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards
- Carry out basic maintenance duties including minor repairs, painting , caulking and troubleshooting facility issues
- Support facilities maintenance by inspecting equipment, reporting repairs needed, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly to management
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Knowledge of floor care methods such as carpet extraction
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning supplies preferred
- Basic skills in facilities maintenance including minor repairs and painting projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
