Position Summary:
Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (hours may vary)
Qualifications:

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required

High school graduate or equivalent

Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations
Responsibilities:
-
Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience

Assists the Administrator in day to day tasks
-
Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
-
Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
-
Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
-
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
-
Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis
-
Cheerful disposition and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and kindness
-
Responsible for keeping the front office areas sanitary, neat and orderly
