Gillmann Services, Inc is now hiring a Utility Pipe Foreman in Columbus, OH.
$48-53/hr, paid weekly!Monday-Friday , some weekends
*Must have 3 years construction/site work experience
Excavating Foreman Qualifications:
- Leadership experience, required.
- Ability to read and understand blue prints, required.
- 30 hour OSHA Certificate in Construction, required but can obtain once hired.
- Trenching Safety Knowledge, required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and iPad, required.
- HeavyJob software experience, preferred.
- High School Diploma, preferred.
Excavating Foreman Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Call-in inspections through the correct departments for your job location.
- Read/ understand civil plans and cut sheets.
- Coordinate job-site materials and trucking as needed.
- Provide quality leadership and equal opportunities for crew members to learn + further develop skills.
- Enforce job-site safety.
- Consult w/ Superintendents regarding crew members when necessary.
- Report all OSHA/ Company Violations to Superintendents immediately.
