We're looking for a proven closer who wants to produce at a high level while helping us build a winning sales culture in Phoenix. This is an opportunity for someone who can lead by example, help develop other sales professionals, and potentially grow into a larger leadership role as the market expands.

What You'll Do
- Run scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
- Present Brightside Windows products and solutions with confidence
- Build trust, identify homeowner needs, overcome objections, and close business
- Lead by example through strong personal sales performance
- Help reinforce sales processes, expectations, and best practices
- Mentor and support newer sales consultants as the team grows
- Share feedback and coaching that improves team performance
- Help create a competitive, accountable, and positive sales culture
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve close rates and overall sales results
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, or another high-ticket closing environment
- Strong presentation, objection-handling, and closing ability
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to earn the respect of other sales professionals
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading salespeople is a strong plus
- Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
- Reliable transportation
