Assistant Market Manager
Location: South Los Angeles County, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Market Manager to support daily operations across a territory of approximately 50 car dealerships in South Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both technical and customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install vehicle accessories on new and used dealership inventory
- Assist Installer Technicians with daily setup, tools, and job readiness
- Support the Market Manager with inventory management, including counts, ordering, and stocking
- Help coordinate and maintain installer schedules to ensure efficient coverage across all locations
- Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership staff and management
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-site support as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Scheduling and completing service calls
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Experience with automotive PPF or vinyl installation is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license, driver's insurance, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
