Are you ready for a hands-on role that keeps you moving? Badger State Staffing is seeking a Production Associate for a full-time opportunity in Neenah. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently bagging and palletizing product weighing up to 40 lbs. and contributing to the smooth flow of warehouse operations.
Primary Duties:
- Lift and maneuver product up to 40 lbs. from production lines to packaging stations (this includes lifting the product from the ground up)
- Place product securely in designated plastic bags, ensuring proper fit and alignment
- Seal bags effectively using designated closure mechanisms
- Stack bagged mattresses onto pallets according to established specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Report any product defects or packaging issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Occasional overtime is required and will extend the shift end time to 4:30 PM.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling and manipulating product
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
