Traits That Fit Our Culture
We’re a high-performing team built on trust, compassion, and hustle. Here’s who thrives here:
Empathy
We see our clients not as case numbers but as real families in crisis. Example: You ask open-ended questions during client calls, listen deeply to what’s said—and what’s not—and reflect it back in your litigation strategy. You make space for emotion without losing focus on outcomes.
Persistence
We don’t back down in the face of roadblocks. We push until we get results. Example: When a defense expert stonewalls in deposition or a judge seems unsympathetic to
TBI nuances, you double down—finding the research, building the narrative, and staying in the fight until the client’s story is fully seen.
Flexibility in a Rapidly Growing Firm
Our systems evolve. Our processes iterate. Our team adapts. Example: You embrace shifting tech tools, trial timelines, or delegation strategies without drama—and offer ideas to improve them. You find the calm in the chaos and lead others through it.
Collaboration
We lean on each other, share knowledge, and work shoulder-to-shoulder toward resolution. Example: You don’t just manage paralegals—you teach them. You brainstorm strategy with team members, invite feedback, and celebrate collective wins.
Resourcefulness
We don’t accept “no” as a final answer. We get creative and solve problems with innovation. Example: You dig into new medical research to challenge outdated defense positions, frame damages using storytelling techniques, or design compelling visuals to present brain scans to a jury. You think three steps ahead—and it shows.
