Pinnacle Alliances is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel contract with Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation in Tuba City, Arizona. Position Highlights

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pharmacy and medication management services.
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Counsel patients on medication therapy and promote safe medication use.
- Support clinical pharmacy initiatives and quality improvement programs.
- Deliver pharmaceutical care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-recognized program.
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Pharmacist experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Ability to successfully complete fingerprinting prior to the start date.

- Holiday coverage required.
- Orientation held every two weeks.
- COVID and Flu exemptions may be accepted with an approved declination form.
- Limited shared housing is available for $600/month, subject to availability. Family members and pets cannot be accommodated.
