Busy home health agency in need of field RN with home health experience to perform start of care, recertification, discharge, resumption of care, and supervisory visits.
- RN must be able to complete OASIS within 24 hours of visit
- RN must have reliable form of transportation
- Supplemental gas mileage will be paid outside of the 30-mile radius from homebase
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
