We provide truck with AC or we pay vehicle reimbursement if you have own truck... We are seeking a diligent and skilled Pool Operator, Repair and Operation Assistance to join our team. This role involves maintaining pool systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with repairs to ensure optimal pool operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, knowledge of water treatment chemicals, and experience working outdoors at aquatic facilities. Duties
- Monitor and maintain pool plumbing systems to ensure proper water flow and filtration
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, valves, and chemical feeders
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely, balancing pool chemistry for optimal water quality
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and debris removal
- Conduct regular inspections of pool infrastructure and mechanical components for wear or damage
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation of equipment and materials
- Assist with outdoor work tasks related to pool maintenance and facility upkeep
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance activities
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, chemical treatments, and maintenance activities
- Support team efforts in ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- Office Assistance in Operations, P.O. , estimates and App reports
Skills
- Strong understanding of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components
- Knowledge of water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing
- Experience with pool maintenance routines including cleaning, skimming, and chemical adjustments
- Ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues efficiently
- Familiarity with aquatic facility operations and outdoor work environments
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in operating company vehicles safely
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks
- Good organizational skills for record keeping and task management
