Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification or relevant experience as caregiver
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Physical stamina and strength to assist with lifting and transferring patients
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Patience and empathy
