Summary
We are seeking an Office Coordinator located in Milford area who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position is essential for supporting our team and enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality home health care services.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Answer calls, general information requests, screen visitors, route calls to the proper authority.
- Scan documents, type memos, generate reports.
- Follow up on Physician orders.
- Enter intakes and scan documents to Electronic Medical records
- Send and receive faxes.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for clients and staff.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
- Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, for various tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve office productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office coordination or similar administrative roles.
- Must have a high school education
- Must have at least 6 months of office experience.
- Must submit to a criminal background check.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
