Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to individuals, groups, families, and/or couples based upon your preferences and areas of expertise and interest.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, incorporating evidence-based practices such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
- Provide clinical counseling services such as individual, group, and/or family/couples counseling sessions
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within EMR/EHR systems in accordance with clinical documentation standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited Master's degree (or higher) program in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field.
- Current, valid Maryland license (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LMFT, PsyD)
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards, treatment planning processes, and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in clinical counseling and/or mental health settings preferred
- Demonstrated strong knowledge in psychotherapy modalities
- Experience conducting mental health assessments and diagnosing

Hiring Options:
W-2 Employee (available for Full Time positions)
* 60% of collected revenue for fully licensed clinicians; 55% for provisionally licensed clinicians
* Low requirements of 20 client sessions/week, with option to see more at your discretion
* Practice-provided referrals and administrative and billing support
* Provisionally licensed LGPCs receive free board approved supervision
* 401K with match
* Partial Tuition Reimbursements for approved licensures and certifications to further your counseling expertise.
1099 Independent Contractor (available for Full or Part time providers)
* 60% of collected revenue for fully licensed clinicians; 55% for provisionally licensed clinicians
* Low requirement of 5 client sessions/week, with option to see more at your discretion
* Total schedule autonomy & Professional independence- You decide when you work, how much you work, and when you take time off with no approval required.

Applicants must hold an active Maryland mental health license. We welcome applications from LCSW-Cs, LCPCs, LCMFTs, LMSWs, LGPCs, and other qualified mental health clinicians.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
