Leasing Agent (Part-Time / Off-Hours) – Hartford, CT
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to support our leasing team during off-hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—in the Hartford area. Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings during early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
- Assist prospective tenants with questions, applications, and the leasing process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with renters and property owners.
- Handle administrative tasks related to leasing, applications, and tenant communication.
- Ensure professionalism and compliance with Fair Housing guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Real estate or leasing experience preferred (but not required if highly motivated).
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond quickly to leads.
- Flexible availability outside of regular business hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends).
- Active CT Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
