As a part of the care team, you will foster a nurturing environment while assisting with daily activities. We are actively hiring experienced in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care in private residences across the Phoenix, AZ area. We currently have both overnight and day shifts available!
Long-term, private home placement. We match each caregiver to a single client in a private residence. No big facility rotations, no surprise reassignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Document care activities, patient observations, and updates in compliance with healthcare standards and care plans
- Long-term, consistent client placement in private homes
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3+ years of professional caregiving/ personal aid experience (required)
- Experience with personal care, ADLs, or in-home support
- Reliable transportation and valid Arizona driver's license
- Dependable, punctual, and have a love for Seniors
- Ability to pass a background check
We currently serve clients across the greater Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Gilbert, Carefree, Peoria, and more cities. We match caregivers with clients close to where they live, so your commute stays manageable no matter which part of the Valley you're based in.
