Regional Sales Manager – Ohio Valley East

We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to help accelerate growth across some of the most recognized brands in the hardware industry, including Toro outdoor power equipment, Whirlpool appliances, and Newell Brands’ extensive portfolio. In this role, you’ll own your territory end to end—building relationships, identifying opportunity, and driving results in a highly visible and impactful position.
The Territory
- Coverage includes OH, PA & NY
- Pittsburgh, PA area home base preferred
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow relationships with store associates, managers, and owners at the store level
- Identify new opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Execute short- and long-term sales strategies to drive sustainable growth across the territory
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, track performance, and maximize territory effectiveness
- Lead product training sessions and in-store demonstrations to educate teams on features and benefits
- Represent Saleslink and our brand partners at semi-annual trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success meeting and exceeding revenue and growth objectives
- A hands-on sales leader who is comfortable personally closing business
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, data-driven, and highly organized approach to territory management
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently in support of sales activity

- CRM expertise, particularly Salesforce

Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 applies to this position
