The Greens at Weaverville is seeking a dependable and organized Appointment & Transportation Driver to join our team!
The Greens at Weaverville is a long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing individualized, quality care to our residents. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to providing a positive experience for our residents.
Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations
Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments
Maintain an organized appointment and transportation schedule
Communicate appointment details with residents, families, nursing staff, and facility leadership as needed
Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the transportation vehicle
Ensure residents arrive safely and on time for scheduled appointments
Maintain the facility transportation vehicle in a clean, safe, and organized condition
Follow all facility transportation policies and safety procedures
Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents throughout transportation
Assist with other appointment coordination and transportation-related duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and facility staff
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
