True Direct Home Health Care is searching for professional individuals who are compassionate to be the vital link between the patients/participants and the agency. In this position, you will be interacting directly with the patient/participant (and family) providing comprehensive assistance, care, and comfort according to their needs. Duties can include but are not limited to, meal prep, personal assistance, hygienic care, housekeeping, transfers, medication reminders, incontinence care, etc.
Tuberculous Test Required - can be provided by TDHHC if needed.
Job Type: Per diem with the potential to become part-time or full-time
Salary: Starting from $16.00 per hour
