New Moon Therapy Services LLC is a growing pediatric private practice serving families throughout the Charleston Tri-County area. We are currently looking for a South Carolina-licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with children and values flexibility, independence, and meaningful relationships with families.
This community-based position primarily serves infants and toddlers through early intervention in their everyday environments, including homes, daycares, and community settings. Opportunities are also available to work with older children presenting with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and genetic diagnoses.

Clinical Growth & Mentorship
We believe investing in our therapists leads to better outcomes for children and families. Our team utilizes evidence-informed treatment approaches, including Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), TASES, NISE-Stim, and TMR Tots.
Whether you already have experience with these techniques or are interested in learning them, we provide mentorship, continuing education support, and financial assistance for approved training opportunities to help you expand your clinical skills.
Position Details
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Compensation based on direct patient treatment hours
- Flexible scheduling with complete control over your availability
- Service areas may include Charleston, North Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Summerville, Goose Creek, and surrounding communities
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliable transportation for community-based visits
- Pediatric experience is welcomed but not required
