As a
Kitchen Line Cook & Prep, you’ll play a hybrid role that’s essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring all prep work is completed for daily service.
- Cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy hours.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
