Victoria Cleaners, Inc. is the largest dry cleaner in the state of Iowa, with 10 retail locations as well as providing dry cleaning service to many wholesale locations. Are you a friendly and detail oriented individual with a knack for customer service? We're currently looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at several different locations throughout the metro on a part-time basis. This position is a key point of contact for our customers, and plays a vital role in ensuring their garments are handled with care. Our store hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturdays. We are hiring for 2PM to 7PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday's 8am-12pm.
The main responsibilities of this job include:
- Greeting customers as they drop off and pick up their dry cleaning.
- Accurately tagging and recording customer's garments into our software in preparation for cleaning.
- Communicate accurately any customer concerns or requests to other co-workers, and our main location.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality customer interactions.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Friendly and patient attitude, even during busy periods.
- Dependable and responsible for showing up when scheduled.
