Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively, adhering to health and safety standards
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface maintenance
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of all cleaning tools and chemicals
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and outdoor work experience preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and the safe operation of cleaning equipment
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably and safely
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude towards residents and team members
- Demonstrated reliability with a keen eye for detail in residential housekeeping tasks
