Southland RV is seeking a high performing individual to join our Parts Management Team at our Norcross location. We are looking for an organized, and performance-driven leader who can manage our showroom and warehouse parts inventory while leading a dedicated team to hit operational goals. This active, hands-on role splits time equally (50/50) between using computer systems for inventory control and sales, and managing the warehouse, which includes unloading delivery trucks and setting up displays.

Core Responsibilities
- Inventory & Team Leadership: Lead, support, and train the parts team to achieve dealership goals while practicing strict inventory control and assisting with inventory counts.
- Sales & Customer Support: Complete parts sales via phone, email, and in-person; answer technical questions, and upsell products where applicable.
- Operational Execution: Assist service advisors and technicians with parts requests, track special orders, and notify customers upon arrival.
- Showroom & Logistics: Receive and shelve stock accurately, operate a forklift to load/unload delivery trucks, and create professional showroom displays.
- Financial Integrity: Cashier out invoices accurately using the correct methods of payment with a critical attention to detail.
Requirements & Preferences
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a parts field is required.
- Preferences: Prior parts experience specifically within the RV, marine, or commercial/heavy equipment industries is highly preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Above-average computer literacy and internet skills; ability to easily look up accessories in digital catalogs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive/truck components or residential building, electrical, and plumbing materials is a massive plus.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 30–40 lbs. frequently and 75–100 lbs. on occasion in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required ; forklift certification is a plus.
