OneSparQ is looking for a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with owners, architects, contractors, and end users to gather technology requirements.
- Design low-voltage systems (structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV, etc.) for new construction projects.
- Create technology drawing packages, floor plan markups, and construction-ready blueprints for architects.
- Participate in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and coordinate with architects, electricians, and other trades.
- Serve as a technology design consultant, ensuring systems are accurately documented and integrated into building plans.
- Support projects in commercial environments including hotels, senior living, and warehouses.
- Manage the design process from requirements through completed drawing packages, rather than onsite installation or project management.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with low-voltage systems, including: Structured cabling/network cabling, Security systems, Audio/Visual (AV), Access Control (AC), Burglar/Intrusion systems, Fire Alarm systems
- A strong understanding of low-voltage systems is essential.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a sales, consulting, or client advisory capacity.
- Experience serving as a technology consultant with a focus on structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure design.
Additional Skills:
- AutoCAD and/or low-voltage design experience.
- Experience with Revit and Bluebeam.
- Industry certifications such as CTS-D and/or RCDD.
