Breck Housekeeping is looking for a Full-Time Housekeeper to help ensure our vacation rentals meet our unreasonably high cleaning standards.
This role is perfect for someone who notices the details others miss and takes pride in doing things the right way.
Schedule
- Full-time (5days a week)
- Weekends and holidays required (peak turnover days)
Pay
- Per hour or per unit payout.
What You’ll Do
- Clean vacation rental homes to meet company standards for quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Ensure linens are properly changed, beds are made, and homes are staged and guest-ready
- Restock supplies and report low inventory or missing items when needed
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures to ensure consistency across properties
- Communicate clearly with housekeeping leads and management regarding updates, issues, or concerns
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items accurately and promptly
- Use mobile apps or digital systems to update task completion, notes, and property details
- Maintain a professional attitude and take pride in delivering a high-quality guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- English required; conversational Spanish strongly preferred
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Housekeeping, hospitality, or vacation rental experience
- Basic handyman or maintenance skills
- Experience with cleaning.
