Qualifications:

Preferred CAD proficiency
-
Preferred 3+ years of estimating and designing in the green industry

Able to conduct a thorough site analysis
-
Able to calculate related quantities for soil, plants, mulch and labor
-
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
-
Enjoys challenges and problem solving
Responsibilities:

Estimating and design commercial landscape
-
Generate commercial construction Landscape bids and all the change orders
-
Support Business Developer with transition from lead through proposal to signed contract and hand off to production
-
Execute all annual color bed designs and plans
-
Interfaces with Business Developer to ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional manner
