Pet Care Associate – Front Desk & Kennel Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Care Associate to join our team! This role involves a combination of hands-on animal care and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in the pet care industry. Experience with dog grooming or bathing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for dogs and cats, including feeding, fresh water, and general cleaning of living areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels and facility
- Bathe dogs as needed (grooming or bathing experience a strong plus)
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs of boarding and grooming clients
- Answer phones to schedule boarding and grooming appointments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners and fellow team members
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns promptly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a pet care, veterinary, or grooming facility
- Familiarity with basic dog grooming or bathing techniques
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with care and confidence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented attitude
