Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our field operations team. This position involves traveling to various properties to complete a variety of property management tasks. Responsibilities
- Show rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Perform minor maintenance and basic property repairs.
- Complete occupancy inspections and property condition checks.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Meet utility companies for service turn-ons.
- Take photos and document property conditions.
- Complete additional field-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to use a smartphone for photos, apps, and communication.
