Global Outdoors Group Inc. is a fast-growing international company specializing in outdoor living products, including grills, griddles, outdoor kitchens, patio furniture, and related accessories. Our products are sold through major U.S. retailers such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, and Wayfair.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and grow with our expanding U.S. business.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
Supervise warehouse associates and coordinate daily work assignments.
Coordinate container receiving and outbound shipments.
Develop and improve warehouse SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with headquarters, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory management.
Support warehouse expansion and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Warehouse supervisory or management experience in the U.S.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (Required).
Forklift certification or forklift operating experience is preferred.
Experience supporting Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, or other retail/e-commerce fulfillment operations is highly preferred.
