As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing today's complex vehicle systems while helping lead the technical team.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair engine performance concerns
Perform advanced electrical and computer diagnostics
Repair steering, suspension and brake systems
Diagnose drivability concerns
Perform air conditioning and heating system repairs
Complete engine repairs and mechanical diagnostics
Perform factory-recommended maintenance services
Utilize scan tools and service information to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns
Mentor and assist fellow technicians with advanced diagnostics and repair procedures
Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations with service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and environmental procedures
Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with electrical diagnostics and drivability repairs
EPA Section 609 Air Conditioning Certification required
ASE Master Technician Certification (A1–A8) preferred
State Inspection License (where applicable)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Lift and carry 50 pounds or more
Stand, bend, kneel, crouch and reach throughout the workday
Safely operate customer vehicles and shop equipment
Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
Work around automotive chemicals and moving mechanical equipment
