Our client, an established, successful and busy West St. Louis County law firm is seeking an energetic and self-motivated administrative assistant to assist in estate planning and trust administration projects. Job Description:
In this role, you will be required to greet clients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, proof legal documents, scan, rename and file documents. Administrative duties will also include office bookkeeping tasks like issuing checks, preparing deposits, paying bills, preparing correspondence and other documents.

Experience:
- 1-5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong MS Word skills.
- Solid customer service skills managing multiple priorities and job demands.
- Experience of working in a law firm, financial advising, insurance or banking is required.
- Experience with QuickBooks is desired.

- Must be US work authorized.
- No relocation available for position.
- This is an in-person role.
- Days and times are flexible for this opportunity, you could work mornings or afternoons, 2 or 3 day a week.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
