Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded, Mobile Leasing Agent. This position requires traveling to all local properties and is primarily field based Candidates should live in the San Antonio or San Marcos / New Braunfels, TX area. Travel outside of these areas is expected to be approximately 30% of the time after our lease-up properties have been stabilized.

The Mobile Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, excels at collaboration with other teammates, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Must have reliable transportation to and from work and working onsite at assigned locations.
Qualifications
- Cheerful, Positive Attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
- Will be required to work two Saturdays per month
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively primarily onsite at local property assignments (estimated 12-18 months) and eventually in a remote setting with travel up to 30% of the time to other properties
- Leasing experience in affordable, HUD and or tax credits
- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- OneSite experience is a plus
- LIHTC experience is a plus
Compensation* $30-$31
- Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
