The Quick Lane at Libertyville Lincoln is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate should have experience in a “quick lube environment” and able to confidently communicate to our customers the value of maintaining their vehicle for optimal performance. This is an opportunity to work with a great organization!

Responsibilities of a Quick Lane Service Advisor:
- Coordinate customers through our Quick Lane
- Selling service labor and products
- Generating estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
- Superior customer service
Requirements a Quick Lane Service Advisor:
- 2 years’ experience in a dealership or “Quick lube” environment
- Strong selling skills
- Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
