Baker
Join our team at POSH CHOCOLAT! We're a chocolate factory with a café serving breakfast and lunch, and we're looking for a skilled, passionate Baker to help bring our menu to life. From fresh breads and pastries to cakes and sweet treats, you'll play a key role in creating the delicious baked goods our customers love — all while working alongside a fun, supportive team in a kitchen that always smells like chocolate.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to keep flavor and quality consistent
- Package baked goods for retail sale and wholesale orders with care and attention to presentation
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following food safety regulations
- Help monitor ingredient and supply levels
- Pitch in with friendly customer service when needed
- Occasionally assist with chocolate production and packaging
What We're Looking For
- Experience in baking or pastry arts (professional or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Good knife skills for clean cuts and decoration
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail — consistency matters!
- A team player with good communication skills
- A genuine passion for baking and a creative touch
