Job Summary
Acme Fresh Market is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Bakery Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support the daily operations of our bakery by preparing, packaging, and merchandising products to the highest standards. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Duties
- Package, label, and merchandise bakery products to company standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Operate bakery and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory tasks, including monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service, including taking and fulfilling orders
- Ensure bakery displays are attractive, organized, and replenished throughout the day
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, especially during peak hours
Requirements
- Ability to learn and follow Acme’s Policies and Procedures
- Ability to sanitize and maintain work areas to meet health and safety standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability for AM shifts
