An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of our established HR recruitment desk across Cork, Limerick and Galway.
This is a strategically important specialism with a strong client base, proven revenue history and significant growth potential. Recruiting permanent HR professionals across a diverse portfolio of SME, indigenous and multinational organisations, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships and establish yourself as a trusted market specialist.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to operate with autonomy, supported by experienced leadership and a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on permanent HR appointments
Building and developing relationships with HR professionals and business leaders across the region
Delivering consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates
Developing and executing effective business development plan's
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process
Building market intelligence and positioning yourself as a specialist within the HR community
Expanding existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Contributing to wider team initiatives and sharing best practice across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record within agency recruitment, ideally in a professional services specialism
HR recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
A background in HR or a HR-related qualification would be beneficial
Strong business development and relationship-building capability
A consultative, advisory approach with clients and candidates
Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated
The credibility and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and a desire to build a long-term career
