Operations Manager - Power Solutions Operations

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible leadership through Management By Walking Around (MBWA).
Mentor Field Managers and Supervisors.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and operational standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of district and well-site operations.
Maintain regular communication with employees.
Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels to achieve service quality and HSE goals.
Ensure assets are properly maintained, current on preventive maintenance, and meet company image standards.
Meet regularly with customers to ensure expectations are met.
Drive profitability across assigned fleets and operations.
Perform all duties safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Language Requirement

Ability to understand, speak, receive, and respond to operational and safety-related communications in English.

Working Conditions

Travel: Approximately 20%
Shifts longer than 8 hours may be required.
Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, hazards, chemicals, dust, fumes, and other oilfield operating conditions.
Lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
