General Manager – Salt Lake City Market
We're looking for a driven leader to help build our branch in the Salt Lake City market.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage a territory. We're looking for someone who wants to lead a team and be repsonible for this regions success in a company that is expanding across multiple states.

What You'll Do
As the General Manager for Salt Lake City, you will:
- Lead and develop the sales team in your market
- Recruit, train, and mentor field sales representatives
- Drive market growth and revenue
- Hold team members accountable to company standards
- Identify challenges and work proactively to solve them
- Create a positive and productive team culture
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Work closely with leadership to grow the Salt Lake City market
You'll have ownership over your market while receiving support, systems, training, and guidance from leadership.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is self-motivated and dependable
- Leads by example
- Has in- home sales experience (door-to-door experience is a plus)
- Is comfortable coaching and developing people
- Communicates well and builds strong relationships
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses
- Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions
- Wants to grow professionally and personally
Retail in home sales experience is preffered
