Dispatcher to support a busy trucking and logistics company. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal operations.

Dispatch drivers and ensure all routes are covered and on schedule.

Monitor routes and make real-time changes or adjustments as needed.

Provide emergency support when delays or issues occur.

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, route updates, and driver activity reports.

Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and management.
Requirements
-
1-3 years of dispatch experience within the trucking or transportation industry required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong typing/data entry skills.

Must pass drug screening and background check.
