We reward strong performance and provide a clear path for continued growth. Level 1 Operations employees who meet or exceed performance expectations are eligible for a $0.50 per hour increase after 90 days of employment and an additional $0.50 per hour increase after 180 days of employment. This provides the opportunity to increase your hourly rate by up to $1.00 per hour within your first six months
