**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and excited to work in a supportive private practice setting.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse client base
* Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
* Submit billing for sessions in a timely manner
**Qualifications:**
* Current and unrestricted license to practice in PA preferred but non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply as well if licensure is expected soon.
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
* Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care
