A skilled nursing facility in Vallejo is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and oversee the nursing department. Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory guidelines
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
Monitor quality assurance and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain survey readiness and implement corrective action plans as needed
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
Promote a positive and patient-centered care environment
Active California RN license required
Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of SNF regulations and compliance standards
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage clinical operations effectively in a fast-paced environment
