Responsibilities
- Safely operate light-duty tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized equipment, to recover and transport vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best towing approach.
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and team members.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including logs of loads, routes, and vehicle condition reports.
- Perform routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment such as forklifts to ensure operational safety and compliance with regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair techniques.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required.
- Hands-on experience with flatbed tow trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management situations effectively while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
