Boca's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm, and official partner of Florida Atlantic University, is looking for a collaborative Legal Assistant to join our PreSuit Legal team. This position works directly with the Attorney and Case Manager.

Experience Requirements:
- 2+ year experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Role includes, but is not limited to:
- Client communication
- Conflict checks
- New case evaluation oversight
- Insurance policy document management (BI, UM, PIP, GenLiab, etc.)
- Request and review PIP logs to identify providers and payments
- Maintain up-to-date medical records and bills
- Lien management
- Ongoing treatment updates in case management
Skills needed for success:
- Bi-Lingual a huge plus.
- Client centered focus to move cases forward.
- Comfortable in a paper-lite system.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Solid communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work within a team, but also function independently.
- Excellent time management.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to follow pre-established processes, but.... Innovative enough to communicate ways to make the processes even better!!
