Salvatore’s Tomato Pies was founded in Sun Prairie in 2011 by Patrick and Nichole DePula. They quickly built a reputation for crafting pizza like no other… Using old world techniques of slow fermenting dough from locally derived wheat, locally made cheeses and Wisconsin-raised meats.
Sourcing our ingredients from local farms and artisan craftspeople is important to us, and is a key to our award winning food. We have built a strong reputation serving our community as well. WHO YOU ARE:
Are you a friendly, hardworking, and reliable individual who wants to work with a fast paced team? Do you enjoy representing locally sourced artisan ingredients? As a server/bartender, you will play a key role in delivering authentic specialty pizza, small plates, large plates, craft beer, wine, and cocktails to our Monona area guests, all while having a great time! We are looking for individuals who are team players and who are not afraid to be self starters. Jumping in when needed to provide great customer service and value, backed by a supportive team culture.
You have experience working in a dining room customer facing setting, through a food service or restaurant environment. You take pride in being reliable and showing up ready to work. You enjoy getting to know your team and providing outstanding customer service
Full-time and Part time positions available!
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Helping guests select food and beverages by presenting menus, making recommendations and answering questions.
- Working as a team to prep the dining room before and after service as well as between tables
- Helping team members by answering phones, greeting and seating guests, and assisting with takeout orders and sidework
- Running orders through the POS and delivering food/drinks to tables
- Continuously learning and training with the Salvatore’s management team
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At Least 1 year of recent server/bartender experience preferred, however we will train the right candidate
- Dependable
- Team Player
- Detailed
- Knowledge of locally sourced ingredients / suppliers preferred
- Ability to multitask, communicate menus and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
BENEFITS:
- Consistently earn $20-$25 /hr with tips with the opportunity to make $45/hr+
- Shifts available Tues-Sun from 2:30p-10:30p (varies by day)

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
