Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to inform instruction and support individual growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques, creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating educational technology tools to enhance student engagement.

Requirements
- Proven classroom experience in elementary or upper elementary education with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction tailored to various learning styles.
- Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math, and working with students on standardized testing preparation.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies, special education practices, including working with children with autism or early intervention needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration among educators.
- Proficiency in educational technology integration for lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Ability to analyze student performance data to monitor progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
